Is there anyone close to North Nottinghamshire/South Yorkshire who could be my mentor on building my first organ. Kind regards Terry

Hi Terry I am a new member here and I am part way through building a John Smith busker (my first attempt at such a project) and live in northeast Derbyshire just over the border from Phil. Please feel free to contact me.

Hi Phil, thank you for your quick response, I am working to the John Smith Universal drawings. I took an interest in the organs at the Dorset Steam Fair and I thought it would be good to build one. If possible I would like to see your organs and get a better insight to the building of one. I live in Retford which is roughly 30 minutes drive away from you. I would like to contact you via e-mail if possible. Terry
