Amateur Organ Builders Annual Christmas Gathering at St Albans
This year the Christmas meet will be on Sunday 2nd December at the St Albans Organ Theatre (Museum) The door will be open for us about 10-30 for an informal morning, bring any interesting bits you are building with you for others to see.
We will be going to the very near by pub for lunch (which we have tested and approved of ) Beef or Turkey are on offer at £5-25. Plus a pudding if required.
We will return to the Museum in time for the afternoon show which is in fact their Christmas Concert in which some of our selected organs and members will be doing amazing things, plus of course other attractions.
We will be paying the normal entrance fee to the Museum but to compensate them for opening up early for us in the morning we always hold a raffle so if you would like to help with this please bring a bottle or something with you. All proceeds go to the restoration fund for the Mortier which is currently in Belgium.
If you are coming and wish to have lunch please ring me a week or so before the event and let me have the numbers and which lunch you would prefer.
